A custom till has no tier, so it has no list price. You fill in an intake, we work out what it really takes, and you get one price with everything in it. How custom projects work
The fine print, in plain words
- Every new account starts with one free trial day: connect your shop, pair nothing, break nothing, decide afterwards.
- You buy your SumUp reader once, directly from SumUp. SumUp charges its own fee per card payment; that fee goes to SumUp, not to us.
- On Starter, payment number 26 in a calendar month is politely refused until you upgrade. We never raise a direct debit by surprise; upgrading takes effect immediately.
- Cancel or switch plans any time through your billing portal.
- A custom till gets one project price: build, hardware advice, installation and training in a single amount, agreed before we start.

Why SumUp?
The readers are affordable, run on their own SIM and settle card payments straight to your own SumUp account. Phlo POS drives the reader over SumUp's cloud API, so the till stays a browser app on hardware you choose.
Which webshops can I connect?
Shopify and Lightspeed today. Running something else? Tell us; the connector layer is built to grow.
What hardware do I need?
Any phone, tablet or laptop with a modern browser, plus a SumUp reader for card payments. A receipt printer or cash drawer is possible too; ask us what fits your counter.
What happens when my internet drops?
The till is local-first: it keeps ringing up sales and stores them safely on the device. As soon as you are back online everything books through to your webshop, exactly once.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month, yearly plans at the end of the paid year. Your webshop keeps every order Phlo POS ever booked; nothing is locked in with us.
Why is there no price for a custom till?
Because the scope decides it. Two counters in one bar and twelve counters across four stores are different projects, and so is every link to a system you already run. After your intake you get one fixed price, not an hourly rate that keeps counting.
Do I need a subscription as well for a custom till?
No. A custom till is its own project, with its own agreement for support and updates. The Starter and Plus plans on this page are for the webshop till.
