The service

Phlo POS is a subscription service by Q-dev that lets you run a browser till connected to your own webshop and your own SumUp account. You bring the hardware, the webshop and the SumUp contract; we bring and maintain the till.

Prices and plans

Prices are ex VAT. Starter covers up to 25 payments per calendar month; beyond that the till pauses new payments until you upgrade. We never raise a running direct debit without you choosing an upgrade yourself.

Trial and cancellation

New accounts get one free trial day. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month, yearly plans at the end of the paid year; cancel any time through the billing portal. After cancellation your webshop keeps every order the till ever booked.

Your data

Your catalogue, orders and customers remain yours and remain in your webshop. See the privacy page for what we store on our side.

Fair use and care

We run the service with care and keep sales safe on the device even when connections fail. We are not a party to the card agreement between you and SumUp, nor to your webshop platform's terms.
