The fine print, in plain words
- Every new account starts with one free trial day: connect your shop, break nothing, decide afterwards.
- You buy your SumUp reader once, directly from SumUp. SumUp charges its own fee per card payment; that fee goes to SumUp, not to us.
- On Starter, payment number 26 in a calendar month is politely refused until you upgrade. We never raise a direct debit by surprise; upgrading takes effect immediately.
- Cancel or switch plans any time through your billing portal. Your webshop keeps every order this till ever booked.
- Prices are ex VAT. A custom till is a project instead of a subscription, and has its own price. How that works
